Developer warrants that, in its operation of the Offerings, it will maintain and comply with a privacy policy at least as stringent as the Constant Contact Privacy Policy as such Constant Contact Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time. The current Constant Contact Privacy Policy is available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/privacy_guarantee.jsp. Further, if Developer has any login, subscriber or other account information relating to a user’s account with Constant Contact, Developer shall only use such information for the purposes expressly authorized by the applicable user.

Developer represents, warrants and covenants that, in its operation of the Offerings, it will maintain and comply with a privacy policy that complies with applicable law and that accurately discloses how Developer collects, uses, stores, and discloses data provided by Users and third parties. Further, if Developer has any login, customer or other account information relating to a User's account with Health Gorilla, Developer shall only use such information for the purposes expressly authorized by the applicable User.

You represent, warrant and covenant that, in developing and integrating APIs into your Product Offerings, you will publish, maintain and enforce a Product Offering privacy policy that complies with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations protecting confidential personal information. It is the Company’s sole and exclusive obligation to insure that all Product Offerings comply with the above stated obligations.
