Private Life. The Board and the Association agree that the private life of a teacher is his/her own affair unless his/her conduct should adversely affect his/her relationship with students or the discharge of his/her teaching and other school-related activities. If such conduct does exist, the Board agrees to discuss the problem with the Association prior to taking any action in an effort to arrive at a satisfactory solution to the problem.
