Private Music Instruction. The hourly rate for private music instruction shall be the rates applicable in 7.3.1 or the hourly rate an employee was paid, or entitled to immediately prior to the signing of this agreement, whichever is greater. This rate shall apply to all employees assigned private music instruction regardless of their job classification or appointment status. No regular employee who is not appointed as a Private Music Instructor shall be permitted to undertake private music instruction as a part of their contractually committed duty load. Regular employees who are assigned private music instruction duties in excess of their contractually committed duty load will have these duties counted for seniority (including Paid Educational Leave Seniority credits), severance, scale adjustment and step placement pursuant to Article 8.

Faculty teaching regular courses with low enrollment shall not be paid on a per capita basis if the per capita compensation for the number of students enrolled in the course exceeds the faculty member's overload or adjunct compensation for teaching the course on a regular basis. The per capita point assignment for such courses shall be .23 for each credit a student receives in an undergraduate course and .25 for each credit a student receives in a graduate course.

  • Shipping Instructions On date of shipment send original bill of lading, air bill or express receipt reflecting this Purchase Order number to Buyer’s Traffic Department. Do not deliver ahead of schedule unless written authorization is received from Buyer. Describe shipments in accordance with the carrier’s tariffs to obtain the lowest freight rate. Do not insure or declare value on shipments beyond F.O.B point. When a shipment is subject to freight rates dependent upon value, annotate the bill of lading, air bill or express receipt to show that the shipment is released at the maximum value which applies to the lowest rate provided in applicable tariffs. Consolidate all shipments to be forwarded on one day. Articles furnished in excess of the quantity specified or in excess of quantity ordered will be retained by Xxxxx at no additional cost, unless Seller notifies Buyer within 30 days after shipment that it desires the return thereof. Seller will reimburse Buyer for the full cost of returning such over shipment or a minimum charge to $50, whichever is higher. No notification will be given to Seller of any over shipment. Mail original and two duplicate invoices to Xxxxx’s accounting Department when articles are shipped. STATE SHIPPING POINT ON ALL INVOICES. Each case or parcel and accompanying packing list of contents must show Buyer’s Purchase Order number. Seller shall label all packages according to Xxxxx’s bar-coding requirements. If no packing List accompanies the shipment, Buyers count will be conclusive to Seller.
