Common use of Private Vehicle Allowance Clause in Contracts

Private Vehicle Allowance. (i) Reimbursement, where a private vehicle is used on the Commission's business in accordance with Treasury Board Directives, shall be: Effective date of ratification: 52¢ per km Effective July 1, 2013: 53¢ per km The distance allowance does not apply when using rental or Government vehicles.
