Common use of PRO Denials Clause in Contracts

PRO Denials. Set forth in Exhibit 6.27 is a list of all of the Peer Review Organization denials which to the best of Seller's knowledge after inquiry of the Chief Executive Officer of the Hospital, Seller has received with respect to its operations at the Hospital and the Clinic during the last three years, including a description of the basis therefor, and of the action taken by Seller, if any, to appeal the same and the status and/or outcome of any such appeals.
