Pro-Ration of Vacation for Part. Time or Intermittent Employees: Employees working on an intermittent or part-time basis who have worked half-time or more in the preceding calendar year without termination of employment shall be entitled to a prorated vacation leave based upon the actual years of service with the City and upon the actual amount of time worked in the preceding calendar year.
