Common use of Problem Solving Stage Clause in Contracts

Problem Solving Stage. Should an issue arise, an xxxxxxx effort shall be made by the employee(s), with or without a Shop Xxxxxxx, to settle the issue with the Supervisor. If they are unable to resolve the issue within seven (7) working days, the Chief Shop Xxxxxxx, with or without the grievor(s) have seven (7) working days to submit the grievance in writing to the Department Head or delegate.
