PROCEDURAL GUIDE. The Procedural Guide is prepared by the XXXXX Surfacing Certification Committee, reviewed by XXXXX General Counsel, approved by the XXXXX Board of Directors and distributed by XXXXX. It is the intent that this Procedural Guide will outline and amplify the provisions of the Participant’s License Application and Agreement for the guidance of those concerned with the operation of this program. Upon request, the Administrator or Validator will provide standard forms to be utilized in connection with the program along with instructions for their use. Samples of these forms are included in Section 12.

  • Procedural Steps A grievance shall be processed as follows:

  • Procedural Fairness Investigation of an allegation, complaint or rumour that could lead to Expulsion, Removal or Withdrawal of the Pupil in any of the circumstances explained below shall be carried out in a fair and unbiased manner. If a disciplinary meeting with the Headmaster is required before a decision is taken, the School will make reasonable efforts to notify the Parents or education guardian so that they can attend. In the absence of the Parents or education guardian, the Pupil will be assisted by an adult (usually a teacher) of his / her choice.

  • Design Guidelines The Owner’s “Design Guidelines” are as published on the Owner’s website (xxxx://xxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/for-vendors/design-guidelines/). In addition to providing a guide to be used in the preparation of design documents for the Owner’s construction projects, the Design Guidelines also contain regulatory code compliance and other Owner requirements. The “Effective Date” (as noted in Section 2.7 of the Design Guidelines), determining which edition will be used for a given project, is set at the beginning of Design Development and will govern the preparation of construction documents for the project unless noted otherwise. Compliance with the Design Guidelines does not relieve the Design Professional from any of its responsibility.

  • Notification Procedures To address non-compliance, the receiving Competent Authority would notify the providing Competent Authority pursuant to Article 5 of the IGA. The notification procedures would differ depending upon whether the receiving Competent Authority seeks to address administrative or other minor errors or significant non-compliance.
