Procedure for Consideration of Continuing Contract Status. A. Any bargaining unit member anticipating becoming eligible for a continuing contract must notify the Building Principal in writing, with a copy to the Superintendent, by the end of the first full week of September of the school year in which the bargaining unit member becomes eligible.
