Appraisal Review Committee (ARC). The Appraisal Review Committee (ARC) with four (4) members appointed by the Union and four (4) administrators appointed by the Superintendent, which may include the Superintendent, has been established for the purpose of providing necessary stakeholder input and required consultation with teachers relative to the development and subsequent revision of the Board’s OTES policy in addition to making recommendations to the Board and CHTU for approval to changes to this Article for non-OTES teachers. In addition, the ARC will address student growth measures, student learning objectives, value added, vendor assessments and related matters as they pertain to teacher evaluation. The ARC shall be an ongoing collaborative committee. Changes recommended by the ARC will not become a part of this Agreement for non-OTES bargaining unit members unless adopted by the Board and approved by the Union. The ARC will meet no less than ten (10) times per year or as otherwise determined by the Committee.

The ARC will meet no less than ten (10) times per year or as otherwise determined by the Committee.
Appraisal Review Committee (ARC). The parties agree on the need for an ongoing comprehensive review of the teacher appraisal system, evaluation instrument(s), and protocol. To that end, the Appraisal Review Committee (ARC) will be formed with four (4) members appointed by the Association and three (3) administrators appointed by the Superintendent, in addition to the Superintendent, for the purpose of reviewing the present evaluation and appraisal system and making recommendations to the Board and the Association for the adoption of improvements in the evaluation process and/or any corresponding evaluation instrument(s). The ARC shall be an ongoing collaborative committee and recommendations, if any, will be made prior to the beginning of each school year. Changes recommended by the ARC will not become a part of this Agreement unless adopted by the Board and approved by the Association. The ARC will meet as determined by the Committee.

  • Review Committee A. 1. Representatives of the District and the Association shall meet informally once a month from September through May for the purpose of reviewing the implementation of this Agreement and of resolving problems which may arise. The meetings shall be called on the last school-day Wednesday of each month at 3:45 p.m. Additional meetings may be scheduled at mutual request.

  • TRANSITION COMMITTEE 8.1.0 A transition committee comprised of the employee representatives and the employer representatives, including the Crown, will be established by January 31, 2016 to address all matters that may arise in the creation of the Trust.

  • Benefits Advisory Committee The Board agrees to establish a Benefits Advisory Committee to provide stakeholder input into maintaining quality and affordable benefits. The focus of this committee shall be to:

  • Technical Advisory Committee (TAC The goal of this subtask is to create an advisory committee for this Agreement. The TAC should be composed of diverse professionals. The composition will vary depending on interest, availability, and need. TAC members will serve at the CAM’s discretion. The purpose of the TAC is to: • Provide guidance in project direction. The guidance may include scope and methodologies, timing, and coordination with other projects. The guidance may be based on: o Technical area expertise; o Knowledge of market applications; or o Linkages between the agreement work and other past, present, or future projects (both public and private sectors) that TAC members are aware of in a particular area. • Review products and provide recommendations for needed product adjustments, refinements, or enhancements. • Evaluate the tangible benefits of the project to the state of California, and provide recommendations as needed to enhance the benefits. • Provide recommendations regarding information dissemination, market pathways, or commercialization strategies relevant to the project products. The TAC may be composed of qualified professionals spanning the following types of disciplines: • Researchers knowledgeable about the project subject matter; • Members of trades that will apply the results of the project (e.g., designers, engineers, architects, contractors, and trade representatives); • Public interest market transformation implementers; • Product developers relevant to the project; • U.S. Department of Energy research managers, or experts from other federal or state agencies relevant to the project; • Public interest environmental groups; • Utility representatives; • Air district staff; and • Members of relevant technical society committees. The Recipient shall: • Prepare a List of Potential TAC Members that includes the names, companies, physical and electronic addresses, and phone numbers of potential members. The list will be discussed at the Kick-off meeting, and a schedule for recruiting members and holding the first TAC meeting will be developed. • Recruit TAC members. Ensure that each individual understands member obligations and the TAC meeting schedule developed in subtask 1.11. • Prepare a List of TAC Members once all TAC members have committed to serving on the TAC. • Submit Documentation of TAC Member Commitment (such as Letters of Acceptance) from each TAC member.
