Common use of Procedure for Rebate Clause in Contracts

Procedure for Rebate. The employee organization represents to the Board that an internal rebate procedure has been established in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 4117.09 and that a procedure for challenging the amount of the representation fee has been established and will be given to each unit member who does not join the employee organization and that such procedure and notice shall be in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and the Constitution of the United States and the State of Ohio.

The employee organization Association represents to the Board Employer that an internal rebate procedure has been established in accordance with Section 4117.09(C) of the Ohio Revised Code Section 4117.09 and that a procedure for challenging the amount of the representation fee has been established and will be given to each member of the bargaining unit member who does not join the employee organization Association and that such procedure and notice shall will be in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and the Constitution Constitutions of the United States and the State of Ohio.

The employee organization Union represents to the Board Employer that an internal rebate procedure has been established in accordance with Ohio Section 4117.09(c) of the Revised Code Section 4117.09 Code, and that a procedure for challenging the amount of the representation fee has been established and will be given to each member of the bargaining unit member who does not join the employee organization Union, and that such procedure and notice shall be in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and the Constitution Constitutions of the United States and the State of Ohio.
