If the Franchising Authority has reason to believe that a Cable Operator has failed to comply with any of these Standards or has failed to perform in a timely manner, the Franchising Authority may pursue the procedures in its Franchise Agreement to address violations of these Standards in a like manner as other franchise violations are considered.
