Procedure for Requesting Catastrophic Leave. 12.17.5.1 A unit member desiring Catastrophic Leave pursuant to this section shall submit a written request to the Catastrophic Leave Bank Committee through the Superintendent. A meeting of the Catastrophic Leave Bank Committee will be called upon which will review the application for eligibility to the definition as provided in 12.17.1 above.
