Procedures and Schedules. FOR THE COMPLETION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS All working drawings and specifications and other material to be furnished by Tenant shall be addressed to Charter Oak Partners, 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx 000, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000, Attention: Development Department; or such other address(es) as Landlord provides to Tenant. Tenant shall engage an architect registered in the State whose qualifications and credibility are acceptable to Landlord to prepare the working drawings and specifications for the Leased Premises. If Tenant can not obtain an architect or if the architect's qualifications as judged by Landlord are inadequate, Landlord may at its discretion assign an architect to work at Tenant's direction and expense to produce the necessary drawings and documents.
