Common use of Procedures and Standards Clause in Contracts

Procedures and Standards. The standards for granting or withholding permits or approvals required hereunder in connection with the development of the Project and the operation of the Cannabis Center shall be governed as provided herein by the standards, terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Project Approvals, and to the extent not inconsistent therewith, the Applicable Law, but the procedures for processing applications for such permits or approvals shall be governed by such ordinances and regulations as may then be applicable to the extent not inconsistent with this Agreement.
