Procedures for Resolving a Grievance Claim. 1. Level I – Informal Conference a. Teacher Grievance: A teacher shall, within twenty (20) days of an alleged contract violation, first discuss the matter of such possible grievance in an informal conference with his/her immediate supervisor. The informal conference shall be scheduled at a time which is mutually agreeable and which is outside of pupil attendance hours. At this level, either party may be accompanied by a conferee.
