Process for and Timing of Reimbursement. Unless otherwise agreed, within 20 calendar days after the end of each calendar month, Park View will submit to Manager a schedule of employment costs described in Section 1.3(a) and indirect costs described in Section 1.3(b) related to the Shared Employees and Shared Resources used by Manager during that month. Manager shall reimburse Park View for all scheduled amounts within 45 days following receipt of the applicable invoice.

Process for and Timing of Reimbursement. Unless otherwise agreed, within 20 calendar days after the end of each calendar month, Belpointe will submit to the Manager or the Company Group, as applicable, a schedule of employment costs described in Section 1.3(a) and indirect costs described in Section 1.3(b) related to the Shared Employees and Shared Resources used by the Manager in performing the Services during that month. The Manager or the Company Group, as applicable, shall reimburse Belpointe for all scheduled amounts upon receipt of the applicable invoice.
Process for and Timing of Reimbursement. Unless otherwise agreed, within 60 days following the end of each fiscal quarter, Belpointe will submit a statement to each of the Manager, Company or Operating Companies, as applicable, setting forth in reasonable detail their allocable share of the costs described in Section 2.1(a) and Section 2.1(b) for such period (each a “Statement”). Full payment of a Statement shall be made withing 10 days following its receipt. Payments may be made in cash, through issuance of equity securities, or by any other means acceptable to Belpointe, in its sole discretion. In the event of any disagreement between the Manager, Company or Operating Companies and Belpointe with respect to any Statement or any amounts owed thereunder, the parties agree to negotiate in good faith to resolve such dispute.

  • Scope of Services and Term Subject to the provisions for early termination as set forth herein, the Contractor agrees that it will perform the Services enumerated in the scope of services attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference (the “Scope of Services”) for a term of five years (5) beginning , 2023 through , 2028 (the “Term”). The Authority in its sole discretion may extend the Agreement for two (2) additional one-year periods, for a potential maximum term of *** (**) years. The Authority will provide any such renewal notice in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to expiration of the Agreement. The maximum payment for the Term is set forth in Section II(a). All work shall be diligently performed by the Contractor in an economical, expeditious and professional manner.

  • Retiree Benefits – Process for Payment Any bargaining unit nurse who retires and wishes to participate in the benefit plans as outlined in article 17.01(h) will provide advance payment of the benefits either through post-dated cheques provided on a yearly basis or through a preauthorized withdrawal process. It is understood that any transaction would be dated the first of each and every month. The Employer will notify the Union of the benefit costs to retired nurses in January of each year, and each time the benefit costs are renegotiated by the Employer.

  • System for Award Management (XXX) Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a XXX.xxx proof of registration and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) number. Grantee will continue to maintain an active XXX registration with current information at all times during which it has an active award under this Agreement.

  • PAYMENT OF REFERRAL FEE For each Referred Client, Recipient Broker/Agent shall pay Xxxx.xxx 35% of the gross compensation earned on the referred side in connection with the sale and purchase of real property by such Referred Client if closing occurs within 18 months after the date Xxxx.xxx identified via the monthly report, agent portal and/or placed such Referred Client to Recipient Agent, and the property closed with Recipient Agent (a “Referral Fee”). In the event Recipient Broker/Agent provides the Referred Clients information to another Agent in the brokerage and the Referred Client closes with that Agent, a Referral Fee will be due and that agent shall also be considered a Recipient Agent for the purposes of this Agreement. In the event the Recipient Broker/Agent is an active client of XXXX.xxx’s “Guaranteed Display” featured agent program at the time of the property closing, the applicable referral will be 30%. Recipient Broker/Agent shall either (i) direct the escrow/closing agent to pay the Referral Fee to Xxxx.xxx at closing or (ii) pay the Referral Fee directly to Xxxx.xxx within 15 calendar days of closing.

  • Performance of Services in Accordance with Regulatory Requirements; Furnishing of Books and Records In performing the services set forth in this Agreement, the Manager: A. shall conform with the 1940 Act and all rules and regulations thereunder, with all other applicable federal, state and foreign laws and regulations, with any applicable procedures adopted by the Trust’s Board of Trustees, and with the provisions of the Trust’s Registration Statement filed on Form N-1A as supplemented or amended from time to time; B. will make available to the Trust, promptly upon request, any of the Fund’s books and records as are maintained under this Agreement, and will furnish to regulatory authorities having the requisite authority any such books and records and any information or reports in connection with the Manager’s services under this Agreement that may be requested in order to ascertain whether the operations of the Trust are being conducted in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations.
