Process for Determining Tolling Readiness. (a) TSP shall provide the Joint Board with not less than 30 days' prior written notification of the date TSP determines it will achieve the stage of completion necessary for Tolling Readiness for a Bridge. During such 30-day period, TSP and the Joint Board shall meet and confer and exchange information on a regular cooperative basis with the goal being the Joint Board's orderly, timely inspection and review of the TCS and all other Work Product and items pertaining to Tolling Readiness.
