Process to Appeal Level II Decision. If the grievant is not satisfied with the decision at Level II, the grievant may, within ten (10) days of the receipt of the decision at Level II— Formal Level, appeal the decision on the appropriate form to the President of the grievant’s college or the Vice Chancellor depending on the reporting relationship.
