Common use of Processing of Customer Data Clause in Contracts

Processing of Customer Data. SFDC’s processing of Customer Data is limited to the extent, and in such a manner as is necessary, for the performance of SFDC’s obligations under its agreement with PROS with regard to provisioning the Platform in connection with the Subscription Service and shall not include processing the Customer Data for any other purpose without Customer’s or PROS’ written instruction as appropriate. For clarity, the following processing is deemed an instruction by PROS and/or Customer: (a) processing necessary for the performance of SFDC’s obligations under its agreement with PROS with regard to provisioning the Platform in connection with the Subscription Service; and (b) processing initiated by Customer’s Users in their use of the Subscription Service.

For clarity, the following processing is deemed an instruction by PROS Reseller and/or CustomerYou: (a) processing necessary for the performance of SFDC’s obligations under its agreement with PROS Reseller with regard to provisioning the Platform in connection with the Subscription ServiceReseller Application; and (b) processing initiated by Customer’s Your Users in their use of the Subscription ServiceReseller Application.
