Customer Data Security. The Services support the latest recommended secure cipher suites and protocols to encrypt all data traffic in transit. All Customer Data is encrypted at rest – including, but not limited to: databases, search indexes, files storage, memory caches, log data, backups, and all disks.

Customer Data Security. We implement and maintain commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures intended to protect against the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of Customer Data. We will notify You of any unauthorized access to, or use of, Customer Data that comes to Our attention. If any unauthorized disclosure of Customer Data resulting from Your use of the Platform comes to Our attention, We will work with You to investigate the cause of such unauthorized disclosure, and will work together in good faith to take the steps reasonably necessary to prevent any future reoccurrence and to comply with applicable data breach notification laws.
Customer Data Security. For the security, integrity, availability and confidentiality of Customer Data stored in the Online Services, 3DS utilizes administrative, physical and technical safeguards aligned with accepted security industry standards, such as NIST SP 800-53 or ISO/IEC 27001. 3DS verifies such safeguards as described in 3DS trust centre located at xxxxx://xxx.0xx.xxx/trust. When using the Online Services, Customer is responsible for not compromising the security, integrity, availability and confidentiality of Customer Data, its network or systems and 3DS network or system by implementing measures aligned with applicable security industry standard, such as account authentication, update, backup and encryption measures.
Customer Data Security. Xxxxx shall implement commercially reasonable security measures and maintain such other commercially reasonable safeguards that are designed to protect Customer Data from unauthorized access consistent with the requirements of applicable law for such Customer Data. Customer will not, and will not allow any Customer User to, attempt to disable, modify or circumvent any security safeguard adopted by Xxxxx. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Xxxxx xxx monitor, review and maintain records of Customer’s, and Customer Users’, use of the SaaS Services in order to protect the security of Customer Data and the security of Robin’s information systems. Customer agrees that Xxxxx xxx suspend access to the SaaS Services by Customer or one or more of the Customer Users for information security reasons. Xxxxx will give such advance notice to Customer (which may be by email) as is practical under the circumstances. The parties expressly recognize that, although Xxxxx shall comply with the requirements of this Section 6 and shall take such reasonable steps, or cause such reasonable steps to be taken, to prevent security breaches, it is impossible to maintain flawless security.
Customer Data Security. Customer acknowledges Amadeus does not control the location from which Customer Data is accessed using AHWS Applications purchased or enabled by Customer. The AHWS platform data repository may replicate and transmit Customer Data to any jurisdiction worldwide to support Customer’s AHWS Applications. Amadeus Hospitality is not responsible for the privacy, security or integrity of Customer Data when transmitted or stored outside of the AHWS platform, including Customer Data that is accessed from any mobile device using N2GO.
Customer Data Security. 6.1 Customer Data. Customer exclusively owns all rights, title and interest in and to all Customer Data. Customer Data will be stored and processed in the data center region specified in the SaaS Listing. Xxxx shall not access Customer’s user accounts or Customer Data stored within such user accounts (“SaaS Customer Data”), except in response to SaaS or technical issues where Customer provides Xxxx with the relevant credentials required to access such data. Xxxx will collect, modify and analyze meta data and/or operations data which does not contain any Customer Data, such as log files and transaction counts. Xxxx is not responsible for unauthorized access, alteration, theft or destruction of Customer Data arising from Customer’s own or its Authorized Users’ actions or omissions in contravention of the Documentation. Customer’s ability to recover any lost data resulting from Xxxx’x misconduct is limited to restoration by Xxxx from the most recent back-up.
Customer Data Security. Anomalo will maintain commercially reasonable administrative, physical and technical safeguards for the Services to protect against the accidental or unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure of Customer Data properly uploaded to the Services and processed or stored on a computer and/or computer network owned or controlled by Anomalo in connection with the Services. If, at any time, Xxxxxxx fails to comply with this Section, Customer may promptly notify Anomalo in writing of any such noncompliance. Anomalo will, within ten (10) days of receipt of such written notification, either correct the noncompliance or provide Customer with a plan for correcting the noncompliance. If the noncompliance is not corrected or if a reasonably acceptable plan for correcting them is not established during such period, Customer may terminate this Agreement as its sole and exclusive remedy for such noncompliance.

Customer Data Security. Customer Data. Customer exclusively owns all rights, title and interest in and to all Customer Data which may include personally identifiable information. Customer Data shall be considered to be Confidential Information under the Agreement. Customer Data will be stored and processed in the Data Center Region where SaaS is provisioned and the backup regions. Sensitel center business operations, if required, (ii) in response to SaaS changes specific request for a task as reasonably required in the provision and support of SaaS. Customer Data shall be protected the same way as Confidential Information and as specified in the SaaS Listing. Sensitel will collect, modify and analyze meta data and/or operations data which does not contain any Customer Data, such as usage, log files and transaction counts. In case of a Force Majeure Event which causes a loss of or damage to Customer Data, Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer Data may not be fully recoverable beyond the last restoration/archive point (the frequency of such restoration/archive points can be found in the Transaction Document). Customer may access reports, information, and other output through SaaS in a readable form (e.g. CSV, XML) until the end of the Subscription Term. Any specific reports or data requested by Customer during or at the end of the Subscription Term that is not available through SaaS or produced in customized formats will be charged based on the scope of the request. Such fees will be agreed in writing between Customer and Sensitel.
Customer Data Security. During the Subscription Period, Lookout will maintain reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect any Customer Data stored by Lookout against unauthorized access, use or disclosure. To protect the privacy of Customer Data, Lookout employs industry-standard controls including physical access controls, encryption, internet firewalls, intrusion detection, and networking monitoring. Upon request, Lookout will provide additional information regarding Lookout’s data security policies and procedures. If Customer's use of the Cloud Security Service requires Lookout to process personal data falling within the scope of: (a) EU Regulation 2016/679 (the "GDPR"), (b) the GDPR as it forms part of UK law by virtue of section 3 of the UK European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 and the UK Data Protection Act 2018 (collective, “UK Data Protection Laws”); (c) the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection Act of 2020 and its corresponding ordinances (“Swiss FADP”) or other relevant US data protection laws that may be applicable, the Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") set out at https:// xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxx/xxxxx/xxxxx-xxxxxxx- agreement-dpa.pdf shall apply. The DPA shall hereby be incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between the terms of the DPA and this Agreement as they relate to Customer Data, the DPA shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.
Customer Data Security. Inovonics will not access or use Customer Data except as necessary to provide the Services. Any Customer Data we receive will be processed, stored, and communicated in accordance with the Privacy Policy and reasonable security standards to ensure the security and confidentiality of such data and to protect against unauthorized access or use, but we are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your data or unauthorized use of the Services unless the unauthorized access or use results from our failure to meet the foregoing security obligations. Inovonics may process and store the Customer Data anywhere Inovonics or its agents or contractors maintain facilities. By using the Services, you consent to this processing, storage, and communication of Customer Data.
