Processor Employees. Processor shall take reasonable steps to ensure that access to the Controller Personal Data is limited on a need to know and/or access basis and that all Processor employees receiving such access are subject to confidentiality undertakings or professional or statutory obligations of confidentiality in connection with their access to and use of Controller Personal Data.

Processor will remain liable for any disclosure of PERSONAL DATA by each such person as if it had made such disclosure.
