Common use of Procurement and Contractor Oversight Clause in Contracts

Procurement and Contractor Oversight. The Subrecipient shall comply with the procurement standards in 2 CFR §200.318 - §200.326 when procuring property and services under this agreement. The Subrecipient shall impose the Subrecipient’s obligations under this agreement on its contractors, specifically or by reference, so that such obligations will be binding upon each of its contractors. The Subrecipient must comply with CDBG regulations regarding debarred or suspended entities at 24 CFR Part 570.609. CDBG funds may not be provided to excluded or disqualified persons. The Subrecipient shall maintain oversight of all activities under this agreement and shall ensure that for any procured contract or agreement, its contractors perform according to the terms and conditions of the procured contracts or agreements, and the terms and conditions of this agreement.
