During the Design/Preconstruction Phase, the remaining key subcontractors, Vendors, suppliers, subconsultants and Separate Contractors will be contracted by the Owner, General Contractor and Prime Consultant pursuant to Article 6. The Project roster will be updated by the PMT to include all IPD Team Members.
