Common use of Procurement Procedures Clause in Contracts

Procurement Procedures. (A) The Grantee may use established procurement procedures which reflect applicable State and local laws and regulations, provided that these procedures meet the requirements of the standards set forth in the Agency Procedures, Chapter 10. This Agreement and the Agency Procedures shall in no way be construed to relieve the Grantee of contractual obligations outside of this Agreement.

Procurement Procedures. (A) A. The Grantee may shall use established procurement procedures which reflect applicable State and local laws and regulations, provided that these procedures meet the requirements of the standards set forth in the Agency Procedures, Chapter 10. This Agreement regulations and the Agency Department’s Procedures shall in no way be construed to for the establishment of procurement systems. B. These standards do not relieve the Grantee of any contractual obligations outside responsibilities under its contracts. The Grantee is responsible, in accordance with good administrative practice and sound business judgment, for the settlement of this Agreementall contractual and administrative issues arising out of procurements entered into support of a grant. These include but are not limited to source evaluation, protests, disputes, and claims.
