NEGOTIATION PROCEDURE A. The parties agree to enter into collective negotiations over a successor Agreement in accordance with Chapter 123, Public Laws of 1974 in a good-faith effort to reach agreement on all matters concerning terms and conditions of employment. Such negotiations shall begin no later than the date set by the Public Relations Commission. Any agreement so negotiated shall apply to all Association members. It shall be reduced to writing, and subject to ratification by both parties, be signed by the Board and the Association, and be adopted by the Board.
Alternative Dispute Resolution Process Owner may establish a dispute resolution process to be utilized in advance of that outlined in Tex. Gov’t Code, Chapter 2260.
NEGOTIATION PROCEDURES A. It is contemplated that matters included in this Agreement and other areas of common concern to the parties shall be subject to negotiation by mutual agreement between them from time to time during the period of this Agreement. The parties undertake to cooperate in arranging meetings, selecting representatives for such discussions, furnishing necessary information, and otherwise constructively considering the resolving of any such matters.
Termination Procedure Regardless of basis, in the event of suspension or termination (in full or in part), the parties shall cooperate to ensure an orderly and efficient suspension or termination. Accordingly, Contractor shall deliver to Purchasers all goods and/or services that are complete (or with approval from Enterprise Services, substantially complete) and Purchasers shall inspect, accept, and pay for the same in accordance with this Master Contract and the applicable Purchase Order. Unless directed by Enterprise Services to the contrary, Contractor shall not process any orders after notice of suspension or termination inconsistent therewith.
