Common use of Procurement Regulations Clause in Contracts

Procurement Regulations. For OEM Products purchased under this Agreement for incorporation into products to be sold under a federal contract or subcontract, those applicable procurement regulations that are required by federal statute or regulation to be inserted in contracts or subcontracts will be deemed incorporated in this Agreement and made to apply to all Orders.
