Partner is your first point of contact and reference in respect of queries, complaints and technical support and will render as much assistance as practically possible. 6.2. Upgrades. Partner will install any update or improvement of the Software Product as soon as you require and Partner will keep you fully informed of any available upgrades or improvements.
