NEWLINK shall xxxx all Licensed Products (or their containers or labels) made, sold, or otherwise disposed of by NEWLINK, its Affiliates or Sublicensees, under the license granted in this Agreement, in accordance with all applicable United States and foreign statutes pertaining to the marking of products with patent pending, patent number(s), copyrights, or other intellectual property notices and legends required to maintain the intellectual property rights licensed in this Agreement.
Product Markings. 13.1 Vendor shall clearly xxxx on the packaging of each unit Product the Product's name and computer compatibility. Such packaging shall also bear a machine-readable bar code identifier scannable in standard ABCD format which identifies the Product and its serial number.

All Products delivered or sold to the Distributor(s) or Members shall bear whatever trademarks, trade names, logos or other identifying markings (the "Markings") as COPA or AFC shall prescribe. Supplier shall use or affix the Markings only on Products which are delivered or sold to the Distributor(s) or Members. AFC or COPA shall provide the form of all Markings to Supplier and Supplier shall affix such Markings precisely in the place(s) on each of the Products as AFC or COPA shall designate. Supplier shall bear all costs of affixing such Markings and of all artwork, printing plates or any other miscellaneous items which are required as part of the production process of the Products.
Product Markings. Customer will not remove or cover identifying labels on Products.
Product Markings. NSA agrees to maintain on each product sold by Cyber to NSA and resold by NSA to each customer the CyberBugTM trademark and a notification that the product was manufactured by Cyber Defense Systems, Inc. NSA may place its own trademark and contact information on each such product, provided that this marking does not obscure any Cyber trademark or notification.
Product Markings. Faulding shall market and sell Product in the Territory as Faulding's products under trademarks selected and owned or controlled by Faulding; and each Product marketed and sold by Faulding under this Agreement shall be marked (a) with a notice that such Product is sold under a license from Connetics Corporation; and (b) with all patent and other intellectual property notices relating to the Licensed IP as may be required by applicable law; provided, however, in addition, to the extent Faulding determines to use any trademarks owned by Connetics Faulding shall display the marks in accordance with Connetics' style guide for such marks, and in a style or size of print distinguishing the mark xxxm any accompanying wording or text. Where feasible, Faulding shall display the appropriate trademark symbol to the right of and slightly above or below the last letter of the word, or to the right of the logo. Faulding will not, without Connetics' prior written consent, publish or distribute any promotional material (or other material) with respect to the Product that (a) does not present Connetics as the originator of the Product or (b) use trademarks and tradenames in a format that Connetics has not approved in writing.
Product Markings. Reseller shall not remove, alter or add to any proprietary marks or notices of any nature affixed to the Products by Tianwei, or permit the same to be done by others. In connection with the sale, promotion or advertising of the Products, Reseller shall use only the name and number designated by Tianwei for each such Product.
