Production Acceptance Testing. At the Production Readiness Review, Contractor shall present, for AIL approval, the proposed Acceptance Test Plans for Production Gateway Terminals after the First Article Gateway Terminal and for Optional Priced Items in Schedule 2 (the "Production Acceptance Test Plan"). Contractor shall be obligated to conduct acceptance tests that demonstrate that each Production Gateway Terminal or Optional Priced Item meets the SOW, Acceptance Criteria and applicable Standards. The Production Acceptance Test Plan shall include the scope, schedule, test equipment, Acceptance Criteria, the parameters to be tested, and the definition of successfully achieving the test and failing the test, as well as other mutually agreed-upon parameters. Testing results must be based on objective criteria. Contractor shall demonstrate that each Gateway Terminal complies with the Acceptance Criteria in the approved Production Acceptance Test Plan and the applicable provisions of the SOW.

  • Acceptance Testing The MCP must have the capability to report all elements in the Minimum Data Set as set forth in the ODJFS Encounter Data Specifications and must submit a test file in the ODJFS-specified medium in the required formats prior to contracting or prior to an information systems replacement or update. Acceptance testing of encounter data is required as specified in Section 29(a)(v) of this Appendix.

  • Product Testing Upon request, Customer shall provide Operator a laboratory report for each Product delivery by Customer or Customer’s supplier.   • Technical Specifications Each Bloom System is an integrated system comprised of a fuel cell stack assembly and associated balance of plant components that converts a fuel into electricity using electrochemical means that (i) has a Nameplate Capacity of at least 0.5 kilowatts of electricity using an electrochemical process and (ii) has an electricity-only generation efficiency greater than thirty percent (30%).

  • Product Acceptance (a) The Products delivered by Flextronics will be inspected and tested as required by Customer within **** of receipt at the “ship to” location on the applicable purchase order. If Products do not comply with the express limited warranty set forth in Section 6.2 below, Customer has the right to reject such Products during said period. Products not rejected during said period will be deemed accepted. Customer may return defective Products, freight collect, after obtaining a return material authorization number from Flextronics to be displayed on the shipping container and completing a failure report.
