Production Work definition

Production Work means any Musical Work for which the person owning or controlling the copyright in such Musical Work has authorised the relevant Rights Holder to license it as “production” and/or “library” music.
Production Work means any work to investigate methods to manufacture on a commercial scale a Product, to validate reproducibility, safety, cost effectiveness, and potential for scale-up of a method to manufacture on a commercial scale a Product, or to transfer Alliance Know-How related to manufacturing a Product to Schering (including, without limitation, all chemistry, manufacturing and control information, data or processes required for the production and quality control release of a Product).
Production Work means any and all artwork, sketches, layouts, mock-ups, graphics, photography, processing or other work, work product, services and service product that the Advertiser may request CNP to perform or provide from time-to-time.

More Definitions of Production Work

Production Work means work that has a Work Order or Kanban Card and shall be performed by bargaining unit employees.

Related to Production Work

  • Production Area means that part of the animal feeding operation that includes the animal confinement area, the manure storage area, the raw materials storage area, and the waste containment areas. The animal confinement area includes, but is not limited to, open lots, housed lots, feedlots, confinement houses, stall barns, free stall barns, milkrooms, milking centers, egg washing or egg processing areas, areas used for the storage and disposal/treatment of mortalities, cowyards, barnyards, medication pens, walkers, animal walkways, and stables. The manure storage area includes, but is not limited to, lagoons, runoff ponds, storage sheds, stockpiles, under-house or pit storages, liquid impoundments, static piles, and composting piles. The raw materials storage area includes, but is not limited to, feed silos, and silage bunkers. The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.
