Production Employees. The contractor shall employ only qualified personnel who are skilled in the performance of custodial work and shall screen all employees, requiring satisfactory references. Contractor’s personnel shall present a professional appearance and must properly display the contractor furnished identification indicating the name of the employee and contractor. The minimum uniform will consist of an outer garment with the company name located on the chest and company identification badge with the employee photo, name, and company name. Contractor employees shall be, neat, clean, well groomed, courteous, and conduct themselves in a respectable manner, in the performance of their duties while on Fort Bend County property. Fort Bend County shall be furnished with a list of personnel assigned to this contract. Contractor shall be responsible for keeping this personnel list up-to-date.
Production Employees. During the Term the Bank shall retain all loan -------------------- origination and production employees and agents engaged in the Subprime Business ("Production Employees") under its direct employ. Production Employees shall be transferred to the Mortgage Company upon the expiration of the Term. During the Term, the Bank shall remain responsible for the payment of all wages and other benefits due such employees.
Production Employees i. Where a shift worker is not provided 5 days notice of cessation of shiftwork, then the employer will pay the applicable shift rates payable until the 5 days notice has expired.
Production Employees a) An employee working overtime will be allowed a crib time of twenty minutes without deduction of pay after each four and one half consecutive hours of overtime worked if the employee continues to work after such crib time.

Production Employees. The period of time off that an employee is entitled to take is equivalent to the overtime payment that would have been made. Maintenance Employees: The period of time off that an employee is entitled to take is the same as the number of overtime hours worked. Accumulated time in lieu must be taken within six months of the overtime being worked. If the Employee chooses not to take the time in lieu within this period, the Company will pay the employee for the banked time in the next pay period at the overtime rate applicable to when the overtime was worked. Any banked time in lieu shall be paid at out termination at the overtime rate applicable to when the overtime was worked.
Production Employees. 1. When less than a full complement of employees in a seniority group is required during such period, employees who have not acquired plant seniority will be the first to be laid off. They will be laid off in seniority order by classification and department.
Production Employees. Production employees shall be qualified and competent Condensary Operators or Machinists who conduct duties including boiler and equipment operation, record keeping, GMP compliance, site security, general labouring duties and incidental maintenance and repairs. Production employees shall be classified as Operators or Machinists dependant on whether they hold a boiler operators licence. During the life of the agreement the parties commit to developing Position Descriptions and a Career Plan for Production employees.
