PRODUCTIVITY. 9.01 The Union and Employer recognize the reciprocal value of improving, by all proper and reasonable means, the productivity of the individual employee; and undertake jointly and severally to promote and encourage such improved productivity. 9.02 The Union, during the term of this Agreement, shall not cause picketing, strikes or slowdowns which will interfere with the regular schedule of work of the employees of the Employer, and, the Employer, during the term of this Agreement, shall not cause a lock-out of its employees.
