Professional Aids & Facilities. The Employer shall provide for each Employer facility or in the case of area programs make available to the employee: 1. Typing and duplicating facilities for the preparation of necessary instructional materials. 2. Telephone facilities for professional use, provided that such telephone facilities may be used for limited personal use to the extent that such personal use does not interfere with the primary use of such facilities. The Board reserves the right to charge for personal long distance calls that are considered excessive. 3. Restroom facilities and an employee lounge if such lounge is available.
