Professional Association Dues and Medical Examinations. (i) Regular employees who have passed their probationary period who are required by the Employer to maintain membership in a professional association as a condition of their employment or to hold and maintain accreditation or permits shall be reimbursed such costs upon presentation of proof of payment. (ii) Where a medical examination is required to maintain a professional driver's license as a condition of employment, the Employer shall reimburse such medical costs upon presentation of proof of payment.
