Professional Competency. 25.1. QUALIFICATIONS: Subrecipient represents that it is familiar with the nature and extent of this Agreement, the Services, and any conditions that may affect its performance under this Agreement. Subrecipient further represents that it is fully experienced and properly qualified, is in compliance with all applicable license requirements, and is equipped, organized, and financed to perform such Services.
