Professional Conferences, Seminars and Conventions. For each year of this Agreement, the Board of Education shall provide the sum of $5,000 to be utilized to cover the expenses of administrators for attendance at conferences, seminars, conventions and workshops. The sum of money is to be distributed to administrators in accordance with the following procedure:
