Professional Development Process. The Professional Development Program of the Stoneham Public Schools is designed to provide staff members the opportunity to further their professional development in order to provide instruction. The Education Reform Act of 1993 requires school districts to have a district professional development plan to support the achievement of school and district goals. The plan will include offerings to assist teachers to meet re-certification requirements.
