Professional Employee Information. On or before January 31 of each year, each Professional Employee may complete the Professional Information Appraisal form. The Professional Information Appraisal form shall be used to review the teaching load, other College-related responsibilities, professional activities, community services, community activities and may contain other comments that the Professional Employee believes relevant to such Professional Employee's professional performance. The Professional Information Appraisal forms will be obtained from the Administration. A signed and dated copy shall be retained by the Professional Employee and a second set to the Administration.
