PROFESSIONAL GROWTH/OTHER LEAVES. Faculty members on a continuing contract may be granted a leave of absence without pay for professional growth or such other reasons as may be approved by the College. Faculty members shall be eligible to apply for an authorized leave of absence under this paragraph after the effective date of their continuing contract.
