Professional Growth Plan. A written plan, self-directed or jointly developed between the teacher and evaluator, designed for the sole purpose of continuing teacher growth focused on areas identified in the teacher’s observations and/or evaluation. The approved form for the Professional Growth Plan is attached to this agreement.
Professional Growth Plan. Professional Growth Plan documents cannot be used as evidence for probation or termination.
Professional Growth Plan. The plan, contemplated in Section 18.8, for participating Beginning Teachers, developed by the Peer Coach and Beginning Teacher in consultation with the principal.

Professional Growth Plan. As a result of the evaluation process, teachers and evaluators should focus on accelerating and continuing teacher growth through professional development. Professional development should be individualized to the needs of the teacher, and specifically relate to his/her areas of refinement as identified in the teachers’ evaluation. The evaluator should recommend professional development opportunities, and support the teacher by providing resources (e.g., time, financial). Self-Directed Collaborative Teacher Evaluator Annual Focus These are addressed by the evaluator as appropriate for this teacher. Date Areas for Professional Growth Comments during conference with teacher and evaluator are made appropriate to the needs of the teacher.
Professional Growth Plan. 1. Either a Professional Growth Plan or an Improvement Plan will be developed annually. The Professional Growth Plan and the Improvement Plan will focus on the most recent evaluation cycle of the educator. These forms are located in Appendix A.
a. Teachers with a Final Holistic Rating of Accomplished on their most recent evaluation cycle will submit a self-directed Professional Growth Plan to their evaluator.
b. Teachers with a Final Holistic Rating of Skilled on their most recent evaluation cycle will jointly develop a Professional Growth Plan with their evaluator.
c. Teachers with a Final Holistic Rating of Developing on their most recent evaluation cycle will develop a Professional Growth Plan that is guided by their evaluator.
d. Teachers with a Final Holistic Rating of Ineffective on their most recent evaluation cycle will be placed on an Improvement Plan developed by their evaluator.

Professional Growth Plan. All teachers shall develop an annual professional growth plan.
Professional Growth Plan. Due to limitations with District staffing of instructional coaches, some unit members on full evaluation will not be assigned an instructional coach. These unit members will be assigned a Professional Growth Plan (PGP). The site principal or designee will determine which unit members on full evaluation will not have an instructional coach due to District staffing limitations based on a variety of criteria related to the list below (not an all-inclusive list and not in order of priority): Subject area match of available instructional coaches Leadership role(s) in department, school, or District Leading school-wide professional development Curriculum development Co-Teaching Supporting teachers on school related goals Obtaining additional certifications Previous experience working with an IC Quality of alternative professional growth plan Pursuing recommendations from previous evaluation Unit members are expected to follow the same timeline and procedures as outlined in the Teacher Evaluation System Handbook and participate in evaluator observations and conferences as outlined for teachers on a full evaluation with an Instructional Coach (14.2.2.6)
Professional Growth Plan. A written Professional Growth Plan helps teachers focus on areas of professional development that will enable them to improve their practice. The Professional Growth Plan is developed annually for teachers who receive an evaluation rating of Accomplished, Skilled, or Developing, and will be based upon the results of the evaluation and aligned with any existing school district or building improvement plan.
