Professional Services and Support Warranty. We warrant that the Professional Services and Support will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner and in accordance with applicable requirements of this Agreement and any applicable SOW or Services Order. Your sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty shall be for Us to re-perform non-conforming services.
