Suspension of Cloud Services. Subject to Section 4.3, We reserve the right to suspend the Cloud Services, or portion thereof, or reject or cancel the transmission of any information through the Cloud Service based upon
(i) reasonable belief that the use of the Cloud Services is in violation of Laws, (ii) Your failure to pay amounts when due, or (iii) an imminent compromise to the security or integrity of the network. As practicable depending on the circumstances, We will provide notice of the suspension and keep You reasonably informed of Genesys’ efforts to restore the Cloud Services.
Suspension of Cloud Services. In addition to its other rights under this Section 5, Licensor may suspend or terminate Customer's access to the Cloud Services upon written notice in order to: (a) prevent damage to or degradation of, the Cloud Services caused by Customer; or (b) comply with any law, regulation, court order, or other governmental request or order which requires immediate action. If suspended, Licensor will promptly restore use of the Cloud Services to Customer as soon as the event giving rise to the suspension has been resolved to Licensor's satisfaction.
Suspension of Cloud Services. If, in the reasonable opinion of SISW, it is necessary to suspend access to the Cloud Services to maintain the security or integrity of the Cloud Services, or a particular Service Offering, SISW may do so without liability to Customer, provided that SISW undertakes all reasonable efforts to limit the duration and scope of such suspension.
Suspension of Cloud Services. In the event that BlueCat, acting reasonably, suspects or learns of any of the following described circumstances, then BlueCat may immediately suspend Customer’s access to and use of the Cloud Services, in addition to any other remedies BlueCat may have: (a) any breach of the material provisions of this Agreement; (b) Customer’s failure to cooperate with BlueCat's reasonable investigation of any suspected violation of this Agreement; (c) access or manipulation of the Cloud Services without BlueCat’s consent;
Suspension of Cloud Services. Supplier may suspend Customer’s access to the Cloud Services at any time, with or without cause. If Customer does not access the Cloud Services or has no activity in connection with the Cloud Services for a period of forty- five (45) consecutive days, Supplier may suspend Customer’s access to the Cloud Services with a 30-day advance notification of such suspension.
Suspension of Cloud Services. Intel may suspend provision of Cloud Services to You, Your affiliates or any of Your end users without liability, if: i. Intel reasonably believes that the Cloud Services are being used (or have been or will be used) by You in violation of this Agreement or the AUP, or any applicable law, court order, rule or regulation in any jurisdiction, and such use has not been cured by You in the timeframe provided in the notice; ii. You do not cooperate with Intel’s investigation of any suspected violation of this Agreement or any applicable law, court order, rule or regulation in any jurisdiction; iii. Intel reasonably believes that Cloud Services provided to You have been accessed or manipulated by a third party without Your consent or in violation of this Agreement; iv. Intel reasonably believes that suspension of the Cloud Services is necessary to protect Intel’s network or other Intel companies; v. Payment for the Cloud Services is overdue by more than thirty (30) days; vi. The continued use of the Software by You may adversely impact the Cloud Services or the systems or content of Intel or any third party, vii. Intel reasonably believes that the use of the Cloud Services by You may subject Intel, its affiliates, or any third party to liability; or viii. Suspension is required by law, statute, regulation, rule or court order.
Suspension of Cloud Services. NETiKA BS may suspend use of the Cloud Services if continued use may result in material harm to the Cloud Services or its users. NETiKA BS will promptly notify Customer of the suspension. NETiKA BS will limit the suspension in time and scope as reasonably possible under the circumstances.
Suspension of Cloud Services. Intel may suspend provision of Cloud Services to You, Your affiliates or any of Your end users without liability, if: i. Intel reasonably believes that the Cloud Services are being used (or have been or will be used) by You in violation of this Agreement or the AUP, or any applicable law, court order, rule or regulation in any jurisdiction, and such use has not been cured by You in the timeframe provided in the notice; ii. You do not cooperate with Intel’s investigation of any suspected violation of this Agreement or any applicable law, court order, rule or regulation in any jurisdiction; iii. Intel reasonably believes that Cloud Services provided to You have been accessed or manipulated by a third party without Your consent or in violation of this Agreement; iv. Intel reasonably believes that suspension of the Cloud Services is necessary to protect Intel’s network or other Intel companies; v.
