Professional-Technical Work Experience. Teachers who were previously employed as full-time Polk County School Board non-union professional/technical personnel will be awarded one (1) year of experience credit on the teacher salary schedule for every one (1) year of related service. Verification of experience credit must be received by the Human Resource Services Division Personnel Department within (90) calendar days from date of hire to be paid retroactively to date of hire.
