Professional’s Submittals to Owner. The Professional shall provide to the Owner, at the time it submits a signed certificate of final payment, all Final Completion close-out documents and one (1) set of record drawings accurately depicting all as-built construction, in the form required by the Owner, based upon the as-built and markups submitted by the Contractors, and two (2) sets of electronic record drawings utilizing the latest release of AutoCAD as directed by the Owner. One electronic set will go to the client.

Professional’s Submittals to Owner. 1. As-designed record drawings are the record of the Professional’s design for the Project and shall include but are not limited to the original Construction Documents plus other documentation and/or drawings, sketches and field directives related to addenda, supplemental Instructions and information, Change Orders, and changes, and modifications and/or substitutions in the work. Within sixty (60) days of Substantial Completion, the Professional shall provide two (2) complete sets of compiled as-designed record drawings in PDF format and in the latest release of AutoCAD DWG format, unless otherwise directed by the Owner.

  • Project Implementation Manual The Recipient, through the PCU, shall: (i) take all action required to carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project in accordance with the provisions and requirements set forth or referred to in the Project Implementation Manual; (ii) submit recommendations to the Association for its consideration for changes and updates of the Project Implementation Manual as they may become necessary or advisable during Project implementation in order to achieve the objective of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project; and (iii) not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the Project Implementation Manual or any of its provisions without the Association’s prior agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.

  • Submittals Submittals required by the Contract Documents shall be prepared specifically for the Work by the Contractor to illustrate some portion of the Work. Submittals are not Contract Documents.
