Common use of Program Directors Clause in Contracts

Program Directors. Departments that contain disciplines which require separate mandated state or federal accreditation shall establish program directors for each discipline requiring accreditation. Program directors shall be assigned by the appropriate manager following consultation with the department chair. In the event that the program director is not the department chair, he/she shall receive a minimum of twenty percent (20%) reassigned time per semester.
