School Meetings. The authorized representative of the UNION shall have the right to schedule UNION meetings in the building before or after regular class hours, and during lunch time of the employees involved. Such meeting shall not in any manner disrupt the normal operation of the school and shall be subject to prior approval of the building principal.

Before the opening of and after the closing of school on school days, the Union shall have the right to use designated areas in School Buildings for meetings of employees provided there is no interference with any scheduled school activities. The use of such designated areas should be arranged with the Principal.
