Common use of Program Management Office Clause in Contracts

Program Management Office. The Contractor shall establish a Program Management Office that is responsible for the management and control of the Program Management Plan (CDRL A001) elements in order to support the successful on-time delivery in accordance with the agreed to Contract Delivery Dates. The Program Management Plan shall incorporate detailed production planning, milestones, and metrics capable of supporting the execution of all tasks required by the Contract and this SOW. The Program Management Plan ensures all work associated with this contract is clearly and concisely demonstrated and meets all technical objectives within the Contractor’s established cost and schedule baseline.
