Common use of Program of Improvement Clause in Contracts

Program of Improvement. If a unit member's evaluation contains a less-than-effective rating in the area of teaching methods or instruction, or control of classroom environment, the evaluator may require the evaluatee to participate in a program designed to improve appropriate areas of performance and to further pupil achievement and instructional objectives of the District. Development of detailed lesson plans may be required as appropriate.
