Common use of Program Requirements Clause in Contracts

Program Requirements. The Contractor shall be obligated to conduct all activities related to Abandonment of the Contract Area. The Development Plan submitted for approval by the CNH, as well as work programs and indicative budgets, shall contain a section on Abandonment, which shall include all activities necessary for the permanent plugging of Xxxxx, restoring and remediation and in such case: (i) compensation of the Contract Area;
